At Pacific Ocean Water Sports we don't play those games: we respect our customers, so the price you see advertised is the price you pay for the training and certification you receive, including the Instructor fees, dive center fees, course materials, and certification card.
Our customers receive a course summary in writing prior to signing up to the class, so, they know exactly how much the certification will cost.
